Anyone can make a difference.  \n\n\n\nNexus Family Healing is offering a safeTALK Suicide Prevention training\, presented by LivingWorks. LivingWorks is an organization with more than twenty years of experience in developing effective suicide prevention programs.  \n\n\n\nThis free\, 4-hour training is for anyone 15 years of age or older. You will learn a 4-step process using the acronym TALK (Tell\, Ask\, Listen\, KeepSafe) to identify and engage individuals talking about suicide and how to connect them to further help and care. It will prepare you to raise and respond to concerns about suicide in relationships with family\, friends\, and co-workers. Since then Jaime has worked in various roles in mental health services including: Infant and Early Childhood mental health\, psychotherapy services for both in-home and outpatient settings for individuals and family systems\, those who are incarcerated\, and most recently in crisis mental health care. Jaime has been part of opening two separate programs within Nexus Family Healing. Jaime is the mom to one child (age 22)\, two cats\, one dog\, and numerous fish.
