Tracey Klobuchar, LCSW

Tracey received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2009 and her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2017. Tracey has worked at Nexus-PATH since 2012 in a variety of foster care roles prior to joining the clinic. She also has prior experience working in school settings, college counseling, and juvenile justice.  Tracey loves her Minnesota summers at the lake, as well as exploring and learning about new places and people. She also enjoys knitting, cooking, and gardening.
