Nexus-Woodbourne Family Healing is extremely grateful to CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and the Baltimore Ravens for choosing to "Huddle" around our youth and provide the extended aftercare services and resources they need and deserve for their continued success in their mental health journeys. Through the Huddle Up for Health grant our youth will be able to return to their communities where they will receive direct access to health and wellness resources, financial support for continued mental health care, and the opportunity to stay engaged with their peers and our agency care team.
