Nexus Family Healing is proud to be the operating partner for the new Hennepin County Youth Stabilization Center set to open mid-December.
The center will provide critical short-term stabilization support for youth and families in Hennepin County. The facility is located in the Behavioral Health Center at 1800 Chicago Ave in Minneapolis and will serve youth with complex mental health and behavioral needs.
Please join us for a tour and lunch ahead of our official opening. Our staff will guide you through the new space, share program information, and be available to answer any questions. This event was created specifically for our valued community partners and dedicated volunteers. We hope to see you there!

Parking: There is no designated event parking and street parking in the area is limited. Plan extra time for parking; we encourage carpooling or public transit if possible.
We will have box lunches available. You are welcome to stay and enjoy lunch or grab one to go. Please RSVP below if you can join.
