
Megan Bjone
Megan is a Therapist at Nexus-PATH Family Healing's Fargo office. She grew up in a small town in rural North Dakota and has been with Nexus-PATH since 2013. Megan has worked in a variety of programs throughout her employment at Nexus-PATH Family Healing, including Treatment Foster Care Services and School Based Case Management Services.
Education/Experience: Megan obtained her undergraduate degree through Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2012. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2025.
Specialties: Megan is trained in trauma-focused therapy. Megan specializes in children involved in the child welfare system and children struggling behaviorally in school. She has extensive history working in school services, providing support and guidance to educational staff and parents to navigate challenges that may arise in the school setting. She also has a deep understanding of children and families who have experience with the foster care system. Megan is trauma-informed, focuses on client’s strengths, and understands the importance of team collaboration and parent involvement when working with children. She meets clients where they are at, and understands trust, connection, and consistency is key in therapeutic services. She strives to provide a welcoming environment that is supportive and non-judgmental.
Interests/Hobbies: Megan enjoys the summer months and spending a lot of time outside, playing sand volleyball and kayaking. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves a good true crime documentary.
