Nexus Family Healing Expands Mental Health Programming to Oregon

Nexus Family Healing is expanding, opening its first mental health treatment program in Oregon next month. Walden Crossing is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) that will support youth ages 10-17 with mental and developmental disabilities who have become involved in the justice system.

There are many forms of self-care like exercising or guided imagery which can give you the much-needed break and positively impact your wellbeing.
