Aspen House Referral Form

All youth admitted into Aspen House will attend onsite school at the shelter. This is through a partnership with Intermediate School District 197. Aspen House youth are not permitted to attend offsite school during their stay at the shelter.

Cell phones, laptops, tablets, and all other electronics that can connect to the internet are prohibited for Aspen House youth during their stay at the shelter.

Juvenile probation and social service partners in Dakota and Washington counties can identify and refer youth who are appropriate for placement. Aspen House can accept referrals from other MN counties as capacity allows.  Service partners can make direct referrals by filling out the form below or calling 651-447-4090.
