Crisis & Stabilization Services
AVAILABLE IN MINNESOTA ONLY
Immediate support for youth and families experiencing emotional or behavioral crisis.
If you are in immediate danger, call 988.

Life can feel overwhelming. If you or a loved one is struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral dysregulation or thoughts of self-harm, our crisis teams can help.
We assess your situation, create a safety plan and connect you with the right level of care — whether that includes in-home support, stabilization, or short-term residential services. We also coordinate follow-up care, so support continues beyond the immediate crisis.
