Services offered in Minnesota
Our Minnesota programs provide support through the following services


Foster care services
We provide safe, supportive foster homes while families work toward stability and reunification.


Adoption services
We serve youth up to age 21 who are under state or tribal guardianship.


Relative & kinship services
We support relative and kinship caregivers with resources and services to help youth remain connected to family.
Supervised visitation
Opportunities for youth in foster care to spend time with their families in a supervised setting. Service available within a one-hour radius of Waite Park, MN, or virtual statewide.
STAY program
Independent living services to eligible youth in foster care ages 14-22 to help youth meet their independent living plan goals.

Minnesota waiting child
Raya is an insightful 15-year-old girl. She loves to keep herself busy and has a variety of interests. She enjoys swimming, horseback riding, dancing, and reading. Raya will need to maintain contact with her sister and her foster family. Only Minnesota families are being considered at this time.
