Our community mental health services are available in home, at school, or in the community, in our office or via telehealth. We provide services for youth, families, and adults.
Services offered in Minnesota
Our Minnesota programs provide support through the following services


Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Serves youth ages 14-21 who live in the 7-county Twin Cities Metro.


Collaborative Intensive Bridging Services (CIBS)
Serves youth 8-17 in various counties across MN. Check for availability.


Children’s Therapeutics Services and Support (CTSS)
Serves youth under 21 in Twin Cities Metro.
Children’s Intensive Behavioral Health Services (CIBHS)
For youth up to ages 21 at home or in foster care in Twin Cities Metro.
Outpatient and telehealth therapy
For youth, families, and individuals. Offices located in Mendota Heights and Austin, MN, and virtually across Minnesota.

Supporting Your Child Before Therapy Starts
As a parent, one of the first steps on your child’s mental health journey can be scheduling a diagnostic assessment or initial therapy appointment when you notice they are struggling. Sometimes, you may be waiting weeks or even months before your child can get in to see the professional. This is a list of five areas you can use to support your child and yourself during that gap or in between appointment dates.

Our accreditations
Nexus’ programs in Minnesota are accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA). Our programs are also licensed by the MN Department of Human Services, with certifications for mental health and restrictive procedures, and hold licensure and certification from the MN Department of Corrections.
