Nexus Family Healing is a Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) provider. CTSS is a comprehensive set of mental health services available for youth and their families who meet State of MN defined criteria including being on Medical Assistance through the State of MN or a Prepaid Medical Assistance Plan (PMAP) through certain insurance providers.

What sort of services are included?
Services may include:
- Individual, family, or group therapy
- Skills training to manage emotions and behaviors
- Help with creating a safety plan for tough situations
- Support from trained mental health staff
- Planning and coordination with other professionals

Youth experiencing:
- Anxiety or depression
- Aggression or anger issues
- Family or school challenges
- Trauma
- Big emotions that feel hard to manage
Where and when?
CTSS services are flexible — they can happen in your home, your child’s school, or a clinic setting. We schedule sessions at times that work for your family.
Who pays for CTSS?
CTSS is covered by Medical Assistance (MA) and PMAP Plans. Private insurance plans may vary on coverage. Please confirm eligibility with your insurance provider.
