Nexus Family Healing, a national nonprofit organization providing emotional, behavioral, and mental health services to children and families, has named Kate Coughlin as Executive Director of North Dakota services.
In this role, Coughlin will provide leadership and oversee operations of North Dakota’s foster care services, community-based mental health services, and youth residential programs. Most recently, Coughlin was at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, where she had regional oversight of a wide array of services to children and families including treatment foster care, outpatient therapy services, community-based treatment services.

Coughlin will step into her role as Executive Director on August 21, 2023.
