Join us in the comfort of your home via Zoom. No experience necessary. We recommend having 2 blankets, 2 pillows and a comfort object (something that makes you feel calm) on hand for the session. Carve out a quiet space to lay down and spread out and dress comfortably. Join us as we exhale together!
